Our stay was extremely satisfying. We enjoyed every second of it. I wish we could have stayed a bit longer. Definitely will renting again. Our unit had plenty for the the kids to do, we played games, karaoke, and played pool.

Place was great 15min or so to the beach, 20+ min to the boardwalk/ aquarium. The development is pretty new so the pool was still not open but overall a great place and we will definitely be back. Two suggestion to the owner would be to restructure the deck and redo the stairs to the 2nd floor, they are a Little slippery and we're not installed to my standards (already had crackings).

Overall, we had a good stay at Fried Fish Vacation Rentals. The home was clean, smelled fresh, and was in a great location. The only cleanliness issue we noticed was that the blanket in the master bedroom had what appeared to be dried toothpaste stains on it, which made us question whether it had been properly washed before our arrival. We also had to deal with quite a few ants during our stay. We notified the host, and she responded promptly and said she would contact pest control, which we appreciated. Aside from those issues, we enjoyed our stay and felt the home was well maintained. With the pest issue addressed and a little more attention to the bedding, this would be an excellent place to stay.

It was very accurate to what they describes and the place looked better than the photos, it was spacious. The water views were special and the game room was near perfect. There were many amenities however missing things like hairdryer and basic kitchen things like salt/pepper, and no clear dining space. There are many good things about this Airbnb that outshines some clear obvious issues and possible deal breakers. This 4 out of 5 is generous and it truly deserves a 3.5 because the entire deck was covered in wasp nests, it was a clear issue that genuine impeded our enjoyment of the stay. Furthermore, some of the furniture was straight up broken and set up to look presentable and safe, it was a shock to almost fall into the chair from the living room. Another chair was broken as well on the balcony. The garage door was not opening on use and was completely unusable, the water filter on the fridge blinked red and items were left from previous tenant. Saving grace is customer service.
