We loved the house! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with five large bedrooms and five king-size beds. Two upstairs bedrooms near the road were warmer than the others, but it was extremely hot outside, so that may have contributed. My only real complaint was the excessive communication. I received more than 16 emails about the property and within one 24-hour period, there were about five emails regarding taking out the trash, including requests to confirm once it was done. One email marked as urgent! We did follow the instructions regarding the trash but the repeated reminders felt like overkill. Guests are on vacation, and I think the communication could be streamlined considerably. While I understand wanting your guests to be good partners but they don’t want to feel like they will get a slap on the wrist if fail the list. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property if you are comfortable with constant communication and having a honey to do list.

This was a terrific host! My family and I were comfortable with the arrangements and everyone had their own space. The activity room was perfect to keep my tweens entertained. I had several questions leading up to the stay and they answered me swiftly. Based on other reviews I brought extra amenities but really didn’t need to because the host had enough of everything.

Had a great time here and plan to return. House was spacious and great fit for our family vacation. The kids enjoyed playing pool, air hockey as well as the PlayStation. The swimming pool was ok, my youngest enjoyed himself, but the teens were not too excited. Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had during the stay. Most things are about 15ish minutes away and didn't feel too inconvenient.
