The spacious living room seats comfortably around a sectional, with a 100" smart TV on a shiplap wall and sliders straight out to the patio. The dining table seats six under a chandelier. The chef's kitchen has a gas range, granite counters, an island with six stools, a walk-in pantry, beverage fridge and a full set of dishware. A powder room sits off the hall. UPSTAIRS — The king primary suite is generous and quiet, with a smart TV, walk-in closet and its own pond-view balcony. Its spa bath has a freestanding soaking tub, double vanity and an oversized walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a full bed with a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 is a cheerful kids' room with a twin-over-full bunk plus trundle, a study desk and a bean bag. A cozy loft lounge sits between them with a sectional, smart TV and board games. The full hall bath has a tub/shower combo, and a dedicated laundry room holds a full-size washer and dryer. OUTSIDE — A covered paver patio with a six-seat high-top and Adirondack chairs faces the pond, a private upstairs balcony sits above it, and the lawn runs to the water's edge. Guests have the entire townhome to themselves — all three bedrooms, both full baths, the powder room, the loft lounge, kitchen, laundry room, covered patio, private balcony and the back lawn. The two-car garage and the driveway in front of it are yours, with room for up to four vehicles at no extra charge. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler and the cornhole set are stored in the garage — please rinse the sand off and return them there before you leave. Your stay also includes access to the community pool, sundeck and clubhouse, a short walk from the front door. Nothing on site is locked off or off-limits. You'll want a car — this is a suburban community and everything worth doing is a short drive. The two-car garage plus driveway takes up to four vehicles. Highway 31 is minutes away and runs the length of the Grand Strand, so you skip the coastal traffic: North Myrtle Beach about 10 minutes, Myrtle Beach about 15, Conway about 20, Little River and the Calabash seafood restaurants about 15. Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is roughly 20-25 minutes; Wilmington (ILM) about 75 minutes. Major rental agencies operate at both. Uber and Lyft cover the area reliably, and taxi service is available. There is no public bus stop within walking distance. **HOUSE RULES** - Maximum 6 guests, including children above 2 Years of age. - Primary renter must be 25 or older and stay in the home for the full reservation. - No parties, events or gatherings of any kind. - No smoking or vaping inside the house. $500 fee plus remediation costs. - Quiet hours 10 PM to 7 AM — this is a residential neighborhood. - No pets. The home is kept pet-free for allergy-sensitive guests. - Check-in from 4:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM. **GOOD TO KNOW** - This is brand-new construction in a community that is still building out, so you may hear light construction nearby. - The pond behind the home is unfenced and is not for swimming. Please supervise children closely outdoors. - Community pool hours and rules are posted at the pool area. Children must be accompanied by an adult; no glass on the pool deck. - Trash bins are in the garage. Roll them to the curb Sunday evening for Monday Pickup. **AT CHECK-OUT** — Start the dishwasher, bag the trash inside the bin, return the pool fob where you found. return beach gear to the garage and lock up.
