Host responded quickly but we noticed quite a few things that could have been better and there was an electrical issue during our whole stay. Be prepared to bring extra towels and toilet paper if you have a big family. There is 3.5 bathrooms and only one extra roll of toilet was provided and no extra towels or paper towels. Also, the evening we checked in, the TV in the living room, the bathroom light/fan, the living room light/fan did not work. The breaker kept going out, when we notified the host they responded quickly and said this was an issue before we checked in and sent someone the next day, they were there for about an hour and claimed it was fixed but an hour after they left, none of those things worked again. He gave us his number to let him know when it happens again, we did and he said they would come when we checked out. There was food left in one of the rooms, carpets were stained, shoes were left behind from who knows how long, the walls were dirty, no electric..3/5

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dye Estates. The unit was very clean and the location is nice. The inly problem was that the cleaners were still in here cleaning up unpon our arrival at check in time but the host was very understanding and allowed us to have a later check-out. We really appreciated that. We will be back. How can we book for July 1 - 6, 2027?
