We were in Savannah for a family funeral event. We found the property to be well cared for, nicely stocked, clean and spacious. The host was proactive and the instructions and process were very clear. It was great to not have to really think about the property itself and focus on why we were in Savannah. Would recommend and book again. The neighborhood itself is new with a lot of amenities and options nearby, we didn't get to take advantage of much, but it's definitely a nice, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood.

The house was perfect for my girls trip everything was niece and clean inside of the house they even had a karaoke machine that was a plus, it was plenty of room for everyone.But outside in front of the house was not a notice of violation was on the door when I arrived for overgrown grass and weeds I felt like that should have the taken care of prior to my arrival the host did send someone out the next day to take care of it. The trash was also still outside on the curve overflowing and remained their for my stay of three days the host was responsive, but for whatever reason, the garbage truck did not come back to pick it up which caused a bunch of flies in front of the house so when we open the door to go in and out flies would get in the house other than that everything else was good I would definitely rent again

Our stay at this place was great! There was thoughtfulness put into the extras, such as games, karaoke machine, gaming system. The kitchen was great with many different extras. I appreciate the thoughtfulness in the different items in the kitchen. The beds slept great. The distance to Savannah was not bad at all. The beach was a little further but we were aware of that. We will absolutely try to book this place in the future.
