The house was perfect for my girls trip everything was niece and clean inside of the house they even had a karaoke machine that was a plus, it was plenty of room for everyone.But outside in front of the house was not a notice of violation was on the door when I arrived for overgrown grass and weeds I felt like that should have the taken care of prior to my arrival the host did send someone out the next day to take care of it. The trash was also still outside on the curve overflowing and remained their for my stay of three days the host was responsive, but for whatever reason, the garbage truck did not come back to pick it up which caused a bunch of flies in front of the house so when we open the door to go in and out flies would get in the house other than that everything else was good I would definitely rent again

Our stay at this place was great! There was thoughtfulness put into the extras, such as games, karaoke machine, gaming system. The kitchen was great with many different extras. I appreciate the thoughtfulness in the different items in the kitchen. The beds slept great. The distance to Savannah was not bad at all. The beach was a little further but we were aware of that. We will absolutely try to book this place in the future.

Overall, we had a good stay. There were a few discrepancies with the listed amenities, but the host responded quickly and worked to resolve them, which we appreciated. The home had a spacious, open layout that was perfect for our group, and we really enjoyed the large TV in the main living room. The community pool was a huge hit with our family, especially the lazy river and the separate 3-foot-deep pool for younger kids. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. The outdoor trash bin was full and wasn't picked up on the scheduled Wednesday, though I assumed the holiday may have delayed service. Our biggest concern was the ants in the downstairs bathroom and hallway. The host explained the home had recently been treated by pest control and sent ant spray the next day, which we appreciated. However, the number of ants was significant, so the treatment didn't seem to be very effective.
